Hanarey Leads Innovation: Three Epoxy Adhesives Officially Launched

Hanarey is actively expanding into the Chinese adhesive market, having recently announced the official launch of the epoxy adhesives CSA6250, CSE6508, and CSE6587. This marks a significant breakthrough for the company in the field of high-performance bonding solutions. These new adhesives are designed for assembly of electronics products and medical devices, providing excellent adhesion across a variety of materials.

CSA6250 and CSE6508 cure in just 30 minutes at 80°C and demonstrate excellent bonding properties on glass, metals, and plastics, highlighted by their low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE). CSE6508 is specifically tailored for assembly applications in the electronics industry, with low halogen content and compliance with RoHS 2.0 and REACH regulations, posing no known risks or hazards under normal usage conditions. CSA6250 meets the stringent requirements of medical device assembly adhesives, having passed the ISO 10993 series of biocompatibility tests, making it suitable for general medical device bonding applications.

CSE6587 is a white epoxy adhesive that cures in 60 minutes at 120°C. This product features a high glass transition temperature (Tg) and low CTE, making it suitable for demanding electronic applications that require thermal and impact resistance, particularly ideal for potting. It exhibits excellent adhesive strength on metals and plastics.

Additionally, these new epoxy adhesives feature extremely low water absorption and excellent chemical stability, maintaining long-term performance in harsh environments. These products meet the latest environmental standards with no solvent-added formula that reduces environmental impact while ensuring safety and hygiene during use.
